The property is in dyer need of interior capital improvements, and specifically the guest room bathrooms. While rooms are clean, carpeted hallways were filthy days on end until I complained. Then staff would vacuum outside our room door (hallway) every evening at 8pm for the remaining days of our stay.

The stay was okay. What I did not like was the $50 parking fee per night for just open lot parking. The room deal rate was good but once you factor the parking fee and no free breakfast, I should have booked a different hotel. I think Hilton could do better and be more transparent in how they offer the price deal so customers can evaluate the true cost of their deals easier compared to other hotel offers.

Only reason not a 5 star overall was due to the hidden charges. It said pet friendly didn't mention $100 norefundable pet deposit. Eventually found the mention buried deep on site should be upfront by pet friendly statement.

Dining options and available times to eat are limited. Also, the hotel charges $10 for parking in a lot that is open / accessible to the public with no security. So why the $10 charge???

When I arrived my allocated room absolutely stank of stale smoke- despite it being non-smoking. I asked to be moved to a different room I was initially told that there were no rooms available. When I said that I would be cancelling my stay and moving to a different hotel, suddenly one became available… The new room smelled quite normal, although it was a little rough around the edges. The rust in the bath around the plug hill was not a great look. The breakfast buffet was typically American, tons of sugary carbs, bread the thickness of door wedges… a toaster that required several passes before the bread was even vaguely toasted and lukewarm ‘hot’ food, with only cold plates to put it on. For a Hilton, I wasn’t impressed, I wont stay there again.

Very few lounge chairs at pool. No recycle in room. No happy hour at bar. Clean. Nice staff. Good location and pool size. Rooms a bit dated but clean. Bed was comfortable. Good on site food options

Our toilet overflowed and although maintenance fixed it so that it was workable it still was having problems with the tank refilling frequently indicating an unresolved issue. Also the air conditioner made a loud popping noise while in use.

This is out within 20 minutes of our family and very convenient. We have been there twice and love the small restaurant, early breakfasts and staff . The rooms are very comfortable and we will be back !

Sort of nice, older property, parking lot can get completely full if there are conferences or events going on. There is a little extra parking in the back side, we had to use it after we came back from dinner on a Friday night. Note; Parking is $10 extra per night also No morning coffee provided in the lobby, you have to purchase it from the Bar/dining area, $4 cup, They do have a reasonable good Prime Rib Friday night for $25. Location is good. Room was quiet, we were there 3 nights. The air conditioner/heater was not central air, it was the type found in common motels, and was a little noisy, for sleeping, I had to wear ear plugs. We won't go back, once was enough.

Bathroom caulking on floor gone in some places & very small. Sign outside newly renovated? Not rooms for Expedia customers!! Heating unit very nosey. Worst of all complained 2nd day housekeeping was also the worst! Not vacuumed, drinking glasses left dirty, no new ones, dirty sink & counter, 3rd day tub not cleaned, sink dirty, counter by TV dirty. Complained to front desk each day, am & pm and was told they would forward to the proper person. By text Linda & Malakai & would forward to housekeeping. On our last night! Found room clean except for bathtub & sink area. I was told housekeeping Manager would call on Saturday the day prior to our leaving. No call received!! I have come to the conclusion that Expedia is given worn down rooms!! We purchase our trips thru Expedia and this results in a very bad profile in what Expedia customers are given in accommodations. Housekeeping Mgr & housekeeper assigned should be held responsible. We stayed 4 nights and I am requesting a discount. I believe you should know what kind of service is being given to your customers. Both Linda & Malakai were given this information by test when the inquired about our stay. Thank you Mrs Barich

Very nice and clean hotel in Tucson Arizona. It’s very well up kept and will most certainly be back. The only thing is, on Expedia it was noted that the parking was free, but the hotel reception told me a different story and charged us $10/night for parking. So keep an eye out for that when you’re here.

Not so great of a stay.
Stay was ok. Heater made a noise the whole time we were there. They fixed it the second night but it didn’t work. 10.00 fir parking is ridiculous. Would not stay again.

Whole bedding was dirty, asked to have it changed, they did not. All they did was leave a couple sheets on the side bench. We had to be relocated to a new room at 2am.
