"We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton. Excellent bed, nice shower and extra towels on request. Samoa is prone to power outages and we were thankful for the generator. We took advantage of the spa for foot massages. We were in easy walking distance of the Samoan Cultural Village - which was a nice way to spend a morning. The Sheraton staff went out of their way to help us arrange transportation to the airport and back for a day trip to American Samoa to visit the US National Park. Only complaint I would have is there were no wipes in the gym. I suspect shortages of many items may occur due to shipping issues. I will be honest. We originally were not planning to stay here, but issues with air conditioning at another highly reviewed resort had us doing a last minute reservation. We are extremely glad we made the change as these facilities and the room conditions were far superior to our original reservation."
