"The property is in a lovely neighborhood, quiet, full of trees and just a short walk to restaurants, shops, bars, live music and sunset. The room was big and very comfortable. The parking was on the property and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was included in the price and had nice pastries, yogurt, coffee, and tea. Coffee and tea were available in the hotel living room 24/7. We will stay there again."

"Wished we had paid more for a unit that at least had a window other than to a hallway. Room was clean but not spotless. Found at least 3 long hairs in the bathroom area. Staff at desk was quite abrupt and condescending. At check in AND check out. Gave 4 stars but 5 stars could easily be reached with just a little more attention to detail"

"Fabulous property. Plenty around the area to do things. Free shuttle was excellent. Go get some scooters for $45.00 a day and ride around the downtown and surrounding areas. Too much fun! We will be back!"

"Great place and is a great location (if not looking for the crazy part of Key West). Would give this place 5 stars if they kept up with it. Year over year we have stayed here and they are letting some maintenance go. One of the elevators not working was a drag. Lots of bird and iguana poo around the pool. Poolside bathrooms are a little rough.
Was surprised in 4 days no was power washing. Still a great place and will probably stay here again!
Staff is great and housekeeping was fantastic!"
