"The room was not clean. Couch had stains all over it. Bedsheets were found put on inside out and stained. The shower had mold in it tub faucet separated from the wall minimal amount of toilet paper when we ask for separate bedding to put on the couch was provided sheets and told that was all we could have no comforter. It sounded like I heard of elephants we’re going to drop through the ceiling I didn’t give in time Staff were unable to deal with noise complaints like could be seen through the hotel door and at one point, a staff member came barging into our room stating oh my gosh, I didn’t know they rented this room out. Worst stay ever if the room hadn’t been booked 24 hours in advance we would have left."
"At a fast glance, I could see the similarities to the photos online, but after closer examination it was nothing like the pictures. The first room that they put us in had water damage above the shower with mold growing on it and cigarette holes burned in the bedding. I requested a different room and the lady at the counter didn’t seem very pleased with my request and told me I was lucky She even had a room for me. The second room they put us in was somewhat better but still not what I would expect for $200..There were stains all over the carpets in the hallway, there were spots on all the walls missing paint and the wallpaper was peeling off in certain areas and bubbled up.
The pool was freezing cold but the breakfast was ok.. it was an OK stay, but not worth the money."
"First time staying in this brand of hotel but it won’t be our last time! The hotel staff was great, there were several options for breakfast (pancakes, biscuits, gravy, eggs, bagels, sausage, potatoes) and they have an indoor heated pool which was great since it rained our first day in town."
"This hotel was clean , and the mattress so comfortable. The staff was so kind, and offered me a phone charger, as I forgot mine. The breakfast was ready , hot, and offered mutable items to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel."
