The Lorylu was outstanding. The property was nice but the people surpassed that. Every day started fantastic regardless of your mood at breakfast because Esther was always in a great mood and full of energy which was infectious. Tiziana was special she looked after us like we were family and bailed us out when we desperately needed transport when we didn’t know we needed it. The room was ultra clean and spacious with everything we needed. I would go back there without hesitation.

It’s in a small street and hidden with little signage so we walked up and down the street with our luggage before getting assistance from a shop owner. There were quite a few flights of stairs with no lift, so don’t recommend staying here if you have large suitcase or lot of luggage. Location to beach and center is good. Top bedroom although clean, smelt of mould particularly in the bathroom during my stay but staff were friendly and helpful. Note: items are moved to the desk etc upon room cleaning, so don’t expect things to be where you left them.

Climbing of stairs with heavy bags is a fundamental issue, small staircase that smelt like urine or sewage/mould. Poor lighting. Room was extremely small and not suitable for two people with suitcases, and should not be advertised as a double. Breakfast was average, yet staff at breakfast was welcoming. Location whilst excellent, you can noise upto midnight. Bed was poor, not many good attributes. I would suggest because it’s Expedia and not booked directly we got a poor room, which what I encountered when using Expedia in other locations.

Wonderful place in the middle of Tropea. I wish it had less stairs but its a reality of the entire town. I'd go back tomorrow if i could.

Lugar especial. No miolo de Tropea, mas ao mesmo tempo muito tranquilo. Da pra fazer tudo caminhando. O atendimento das meninas é muito bom, café da manhã simples, porém muito bom. Quarto ótimo, banheiro ótimo... único ponto a se considerar é a cama. Não chega a ser ruim, porém, poderia ser uma boa cama. Poderia ser uma cama grande e confortável.

The owners greeted us at the property and showed us around. The apartment was clean and cozy. They own an awesome restaurant around the corner and we received a discount for stying at Residenza LoryLu. I would definitely stay here again.

Location centralissima e personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona ma si potrebbe proporre qualcosa di più tipico e fatto in casa, soprattutto perchè i titolari hanno anche un ristorante.

La residenza è locata nel centro storico di Tropea, molto comoda anche per la vicinanza alla scalinata che porta direttamente in spiaggia. Il personale è stato sempre disponibile anche al nostro arrivo, del quale, per una mia mancanza, non avevo avvertito con le 24h di anticipo richieste; ciò nonostante si è presentato subito qualcuno a farci accomodare nella nostra stanza. La stanza era ben arredata e fornita di aria condizionata. Molto bella anche la terrazza (sempre aperta) all'ultimo piano. Unica pecca è stata l'assenza di una tenda capace di nascondere il sole della prima mattina.
