Great spacious clean apartment in a nice area . Only downside is you don't know the exact address at the time of booking just the area. The building was on a main round about . Our apartment faced the road which was very noisy with traffic and late night party goers, making sleeping difficult.

It was a nice accommodations clean and comfortable. Great location close to downtown and all the attractions. Lacked some of the amenities normally available. Bath soap, tissues, More towels for the kitchen or paper towels, only one dishwasher tab just as examples. The main issue was the temperature in the bedroom and bathroom. 30DegC when we arrived and despite opening window to cool with 12,DegC air lowest we could get it was 25 degC.

Great place as a base to explore Trondheim

Stay was amazing, but the directions to get to the apartment need to be clearer. We walked around in pouring rain for some time until we finally found the destination.

We booked through Expedia and solely relied on the pictures of the room for room selection. We specifically avoided a room with only one night stand where the 2nd person has to also craw over the 1st person in order to get off the bed. We elected and paid more for a different room with 2 night stands like what 99.9% of vacation and business travel accommodations. Upon check in, we were given the exact smaller room with one night stand that we did not want, we fortunately were able to get hold of someone on the phone from this apartment but the person on the phone said the pictures don't necessarily represent the room a guest books and pays. This is blatant misrepresentation and a bait and switch tactics to charge more for the room and provide a lesser room in reality. No paper towels or any paper goods was a minor inconvenience, we booked two nights but were given one set of cheap towels, we were told to air dry the used towels, It has been raining non-stop for days and the used towels did not completely dry for re-use. We were instructed also not to leave trash in the trash can and remove the trash from the apartment when we leave. We are no vacation and not here to seek a cleaning job. We believe this business is dishonest, unacceptable and unethical bait and switch business practice, though we were given the proper room that we paid for at the end after our repeated refusal to be cheated, the headaches, griefs, frustrations, inconvenience - Don't Book This Place!!!!!!

I was surprised how clean and tidy the apartment was looking. The location around the apartment was realy nice with a good connection to public transportation and the price was great. What surprised me most positively was the excellent service and the good communication with the owner. Any questions I had were answered very quickly and helpfully.

Apartment was very central and a perfect landing spot for our family to enjoy Trondheim for a couple of days. The area was noisy when the bars let out at 11pm and 2 am but did quiet down quickly. Parking was relatively close at the parkade but it was expensive. Would rent the car when leaving city if we had to do over.

Well above expectation

I was a bit nervous due to some poor ratings on google maps and as then our evening flight from Oslo was 3 hours delayed due to heavy snow in oslo, we arrived late in the night, but due to good information and communication we easily got the key and got into the appartment, everything was clean and tidy and size of appartment was bigger than expected, the only thing we slightly missed was a shoehorn

Check in wasn't as easy as it should of been, raining heavily and internet given wouldn't connect to get keys out. Luckly a gentleman from a restaurant near by came with his mobile phone and we were able to connect to internet from his phone and the keybox opened !!!!!!!!
