"The setting for the hotel is simply stunning and its easy to get to on a bus if you don't want to hire a car. We stayed in Reindeer which looked out toward Tromso so at night you have the lights in the distance, which is pretty but we would have preferred a view on the other side so it would be handy to understand that as you are booking. "Self check in is convenient. There is no staff onsite during our stay. I tried to cook but I was not able to turn on the cooker or the oven. It looks to me there is no electricity connected to them. Otherwise everything is good."

"Beautiful property run by lovely people in a stunning spot. We had a standard room, which was a little basic but lovely and clean. It would have been improved by having a kettle and tea and coffee, and a second chair. The lounge was a lovely space to relax, with an amazing view to curl up and read a book. Unfortunately, because it closed at 9pm you were then only in your room. The beauty of this place is the quiet and if you want to just relax, then this is perfect for you. "

"I don't understand charging for a room that is ready and you're just 1 hr ahead of checkin time. The room was the worst I've ever been in, the size of a closet plus there wasn't a plug in to utilize the blowdryer and the sink was backing up. You could barely get around the bed and I don't understand the shower door design, sprays water all over the counter, no matter how you pointed the water. We did get moved the next day to a larger room."

Il faut savoir que sur ce type de cabine c'est considéré comme une location et donc faire la vaisselle (machine à laver la vaisselle sur place), nettoyer les tables et plans de travail et amener toutes les poubelles aux containers de l'hôtel.
