"Room was very comfy and clean. We really missed having tea/coffee machine in the room though. Breakfast was excellent and location was right in the centre of the city."

"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"Saubere Zimmer, USB Anschlüsse noch alter Standard, Bad hat wenig wenig Ablagen, Service klasse, bei Fragen konnte uns immer weiter geholfen werden. Frühstück eine reichliche Auswahl, so das Menschen mit Nahrungsmittelallergien auch genug Auswahl hatten."

"Enjoyable stay"

"The view front n the balcony was incredible. It overlooked the square in City Center. There was a Marathon going on that afternoon. The dinner at the Cafe Norge in the hotel was excellent and so was the breakfast buffet served in the morning."

"Well spa is a beautiful hotel with the nicest staff on the planet to my surprise it has the best spa in Europe it consists of three floors saunas jacuzzis and swimming pools you can treat yourself at one of the bar’s cafes or restaurants and leave feeling great definitely going to return"

"A bit of a walk from central station but room was clean. Room itself was a bit on the small side. Was we're friendly and accommodating."

"Television did not work. Front desk said they’d send someone the next day but never did. Overall poor hotel design especially the bathroom where there was no place to put products etc. Had a third person who used the sofa bed but it was so noisy every time he’d turn, we had to take the mattress off and put it on the floor. Good breakfast but “hot” items were never hot. Good hot coffee though."
