A boutique hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Very close to many sites and great shopping. Some stairs to get up to a small elevator and stairs again to get to the floor, but they're minimal.
Rooms are comfortable but not super spacious. I did not have air con but it wasn't got in Paris at that time. I've sorted here a few times and will happily go back again.
Breakfast is 16euros but it's very easy to walk outside and eat close by. There are cafés and a grocery store right there.

I have stayed at the Keppler several times and each time I love it more. A beatific hotel, superbly appointed, wonderful spacious rooms, luxury bath, and always impeccable, unassuming service and spirit.
"Amazing View, Friendly Staff and Perfect Weekend"
Hotel was gorgeous inside and out. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when needed; we were even given a free room upgrade. The hotel is so close to the Eiffel Tower and we were hoping for a room with a view of it but didn't get our hopes up as we know it was not always possible with city hotels. However, we had an amazing view albeit we had to poke our heads out the window to see it but that did not matter. Breakfast we felt was a tad expensive for what it was but we got such a good deal on the hotel it really did not matter. Overall we had a fabulous time and would definitely return; it is in such a perfect position for tourist attractions and helped make our whole trip very convenient.
Just a few minutes walk from the Champ D'ellysee is the most eclectic hideaway hotel with unbelievable service.
They could not be more helpful down to the last detail.
The concierge, booked us a delightful 5 star dinner at a local restaurant.
The streets southwest of the Arc de Triomphe comprise exclusive residential properties, embassies, dynamic modern architecture and smart restaurants. Riverside landmarks are the grandiose Palais de Chaillot in its fountain gardens, the Palais de Tokyo and the Maison de Radio-France (free concerts). Beyond the Périphérique, the Bois de Boulogne is a park with lakes and plentiful leisure amenities but is best avoided after dark.
