"Don’t hesitate: Stay here! Only 6 rooms and a bar, this tiny motel with a big heart has been operated by a husband and wife team for 32 years. They’re super friendly, know what they’re doing, and take pride in their service. (They also used to own a 2-story block of rooms but sold it to a neighboring motel a few years back.) Our room (#29) was small, but super clean, with a good bed, nice laminate floors (not smelly carpets), a good hot shower, mini-fridge, microwave, tv—all at a rate that beats any place nearby."
