"Noisy - poor room insulation. Hot tub had way too much chlorine - my eyes were burning. Needed assistance from the staff to figure out how to use the TV. Staff was accommodating but no sleep from the noise was upsetting."

"What a welcome oasis in a very long and challenging road trip. The property was clean and fashioned after a mountain lodge. The decor was beautiful. We had to reroute our trip and super thankful the management team was so flexible and accommodating."

"We enjoyed the whirlpool bath in our suite. The facility had several maintenance issues including the hot tub and sauna were not functioning. The continental breakfast was sub standard out of the box with no flavor or content. The view from the property of the lake was exceptional and the staff was very friendly."

"Should have known something was up with a for sale sign on the building. The first room was super small and cramped. The second room was a little bigger but very outdated. I decided we would stay because of the time. Realized after the room has no heat. Shower was very tricky to operate. The general age and appearance of the buildings should have tipped us off. Don't let a nice picture of a sunset fool you. Keep looking."
