We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was good and staff were pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. We liked that the bed was very firm as it is what we prefer. We plan to stay again when we visit Buffalo"

No room service, but a terrific kitchen with pots and pans and dishes. If you want a spa like retreat with full service, this is not for you. You have use of a parking space and front door entrance with your own keys to the front door and four separate keys for each bedroom. "
