Juice machine was broken and they didn’t offer any alternatives except water. Check in staff was nice. "

"Beautiful Victorian hotel from outside but very old inside with older carpet, dark colours throughout and missing charm of the era. Best thing was the clawfoot bathtub! Our room was on a side street which was very noisey all night. Too bad that effort had not been made to restore what used to be a very clsssy hotel."
