"Accessibility issues were the reason for the decreased score. The bed was completely worn out and sunk 6-8 inches in 2 spots on a Queen mattress. The height of the bed was wrong, 31-32" tall. The shower had a 3 1/2" lip and controls were out of reach when seated on the shower bench. Review by an Active, non-Ambulatory Paraplegic."

"Best hotel.I've stayed at on our entire vacation.I wish I would have had more days here. everything was amazing.The rooms were absolutely amazing.The showers were amazing.The beds were amazing super comfortable. even if the hall smelled like smoke, the rooms did not at all. They were extremely clean. i will be planning on coming back here and taking my wife and my mother in law. it was just me and my two boys and I couldn't have been more happy with this place.Even the pool and spa were amazing. hands down the best hotel.I've been to on the california coast.
