"It was a beautiful renovated building; our rooms (family) were lovely, spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom was excellent! Overall, the town of Bath was wonderful, full of history and beauty. We did tons of shopping and a walking tour (highly recommended), and the restaurant across the way (Crystal Palace) was most excellent!"

"Beautiful hotel in a superb location. Room was a good size with fantastic view across the park at the front of the hotel. We had requested a walk in shower due to accessibility issues which was provided, however the bathroom was extremely small which wasn’t ideal for someone with disability issues for ease of moving around. "The hotel is perfectly located for both the Theatre Royal and Ustinov Theatre as you can walk to either in about thirty seconds! There are also numerous bars, coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area.
Despite being centrally located, I didn't hear any noise from outside at all.
My room was quite compact but very comfortable, the shower was great as was the bed.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
