"Parking was safe and easy. Breakfast was delicious, but it was hard to really get enjoy the atmosphere because it was freezing cold in the lobby/lounge area where the bar and restaurant are located. Many guests complained and we were told that it was because of the dampness outside and then we were told it was because of the pool which is located right next to the bar area. This issue interfered with our ability to socialize with our family and friends the entire weekend. Therefore we won’t be having our annual Spring gathering there next year. In the service industry the customer is always right in most cases and when you receive multiple complaints about the same issue it should be addressed immediately, not brushed aside with different excuses."

"Staff member checking us in and answering phone was brusque, not very friendly, but otherwise stay was very good. Room was large, beds and pillows comfortable, everything clean and in good working order; breakfast adequate. Will stay again. Chili’s, Turtle Tavern, gas, and Dunkin’ all nearby."

"Room Was clean. Advertised free breakfast but there was nothing. Desk clerk said we could get food across the street. We stayed there due to having an emergency situation at strong memorial and we're looking forward to grabbing some food before we had to get back there."

"Room was not as advertised. 2 Bedroom Suite is just 2 spaces with no doors. There was no privacy within the "suite", there was stains on the curtains. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS NOT GOOD FOR ME OR MY FAMILY. The room was not worth $550. The staff was nice, although I didn't get to speak with a manager."

"1) Our TV did not turn on and I messaged Kate who said they would send maintenance, but they never came. I am a busy working mom and one thing I do like to do when I travel and have a rare morning on my own is put on the news as I get ready for the day, but I was unable to do this. 2) Our bed creaked loudly with any movement so neither my husband or I slept well at all as we kept waking up when either of us moved 3) 3 of the 4 cardio machines I tried in the fitness center did not work (the upright bike, and both ellipticals) 4) Less important, since I assume this was from something outside the hotel's control, but there was a disgusting odor in the vestibule as we entered and left the hotel going back and forth to the events we were in town for."
