"Room was clean but old and worn out. The staff was kind. The Door to the room had a 1 inch gap at the top and bottom so you could hear the lobby and hallway and elevator and whatnot like the door was wide open. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The AC and Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine taking off. And the TV made a very loud obnoxious buzzing noise. I would not recommend this hotel unless it’s an absolute last resort option. "Hot tub was closed, was told it would be fixed the next day and it was closed our entire stay. Pool was open but zero heat, disappointing when hotel was booked due to the pool to relax after a long day at a sports tournament"

"Check-in took about 20 mins because the front desk wasn’t staffed properly for the insanely busy weekend. Several customers who booked through third parties were turned away due to “lost” reservations. Room was awful, had a terrible wake-you-up-from-a-deep-sleep intermittent sulphur smell. Do not waste your money or your precious sleep!"
