Trenton hotels from RM221

"Problems with this hotel…. 1. The Hôtel has signs everywhere saying No Smoking, but the Hôtel stinks of smoke. The hallways stink and the ac drags even more smoke into the room. Signs without someone to actually enforce the rule are useless. 2. There was no Wi-Fi for the duration of my stay. When I arrived the electricity was off, and I could not check in, this is not the fault of the hotel. I drove around for two hours and came back and was able to check on. When I did check in I noticed immediately the Wi-Fi was not connecting, I spoke to the front desk and asked them to contact their IT person. But was told it would be fine and would work soon. But it didn’t even when checking out the next day there was still no Wi-Fi, the failure to contact the IT support person is clearly the fault of the hotel. 3. The AC in my room was unbelievably loud and yet did not supply any cold air despite setting the AC to 58 degrees. 4. The carpet in the hall is completely dirty. The room itself was newly renovated and clean so it was a real shame that my stay was ruined by all of these issues. The street has a number of other hotels which look much better. I will not stay in this hotel again. "

"My room wasn’t house capped in bed not made when I asked at the front desk. They said you have to request housekeeping I said how am I supposed to know that and the person on the desk said whoever checks you, Lynn should tell you and I said you checked me in. Also someone in hotel staff got into my room when I was fishing all day and took all my medication for the various conditions I have that were in my pill holder seven days worth of meds eight medication‘s per day. I will never stay there again."

"The building is in need of repair, the bathroom had a torn shower curtain, the tube drained very slow so I had to shower in 2 inches of water, the door frame was rusted and the paint was bubbled up. I paid $200 a night you would think the room would be nicer than this"
