A fantastic property with amazing views of Trento and the surrounding mountains. Friendly staff, a great spa and a beautiful atmosphere made for a perfect stay for my wife and I.

Very comfortable room, short walk to the town centre and the station. Sadly I did not get the opportunity to use the spa facilities, but it looked great. I would stay here again.

Spectacular views, excellent service
We stayed here for a single night as we were passing through on our way to northern Italy. We so wish that we had stayed longer, as it far exceeded our expectations. Trento is a beautiful and vibrant city, and this hotel is an absolute gem. The view from the balcony was spectacular, and it is well worth it to upgrade to the jacuzzi room. Thanks for the excellent service. We can't wait to visit again!

Nice hotel
Lækkert hotel, dejligt stort værelse med udsigt til bjergene. Fed terrasse Lækkert spa Dog var det meget larm fra kl 4.30 mange af morgenerne så det var ret frusterende. Det var fra varelevering.

Un bell’ hotel ma…
Posizione fantastica per visitare la città, comodo il parcheggio, bella la Spa ed i servizi inclusi, molta gente nel weekend, prevalentemente coppie ( età media sui 30 ) Ottima la colazione e nelle presentazione delle varie pietanze Personale molto cordiale e disponibile Suggestive le jacuzzi all’esterno. Palestre nuove ed in buone condizioni per quello che si vedeva dall’esterno. Camere comode e con balcone con vista sui monti e la città. Piccole però, manca un vero armadio per gli abiti.. ( visto lo spazio a disposizione difficile…) Il bagno è piccolo, alcuni dettagli sono da curare meglio, distributore sapone per le mani quasi inutilizzabile visto che era probabilmente rotto il sistema di chiusura… Infine il Sabato sera hotel con molta gente e acqua fredda per fare la doccia… sinceramente inaccettabile per un hotel a 4 stelle !’ Grazie a questo mi sono preso un raffreddore e mal di gola…. Insomma aspetti da migliorare per essere coerenti con l’offerta proposta..

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, vicina al centro, l'isola pedonale parte a 10 metri dall'hotel.La palestra interna dell'hotel è aperta anche pe4 i non ospiti, prima di cena è molto affollata

Termostaten på rummet gick inte o ändra på hade 25 grader rummet, sa till om det men fortfarande lika varmt. Fanns ingenstans att SPA var en extra kostnad, letade även på den finstilta texten. Betalde ändå 20 Euro. Spa delen var perfekt och rekommenderas ändå

Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and close to everything. Safe spacious parking. Awesome gym, everything you need. Staff is welcoming and friendly. I'd definitely come back if in the area.

Kleine maar mooie en nieuwe kamer. Goede airco. Efficiënt hotel, helaas was de kamer nog niet klaar bij het inchecken (rond 16 uur).

Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern auf der Durchreise und haben nur eine Nacht übernachtet. Hotel sehr zentral gelegen und ruhig! Einzig der Raum fürs Frühstück war für die Hotelgrösse sehr klein!!

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel mitten in Trento in sehr zentraler Lage mit gutem Frühstück. Super Service, allerdings ein relativ hoher Preis für ein Hotel in diesem Alter und dieser Qualität. Leider spielte am Samstagabend auch noch stundenlang in extremer Lautstärke eine Liveband direkt vor dem Hotel. An Schlafengehen war daher nicht zu denken.

Bella posizione ma...
Soggiorno di una notte, in transito verso casa e per una visita a Trento: ottima la posizione vicino al Castello del Buonconsiglio. Camera spaziosa ma male insonorizzata: chiunque passasse nel corridoio si sentiva così come tutte le porte che venivano aperte e chiuse. Aria condizionata funzionante ma rumorosa, tanto è che la notte è necessario spegnerla (e si sente caldo). Letti ok ma in estate non si può avere il piumone / quei sacchi che uno si dovrebbe mettere sopra ma che come ti giri ti scopri (da anni oramai esistono lenzuona e coperte...). Bagno ok, nulla da ridire, spazioso e pulito. Il parcheggio coperto e gratuito è un po' scomodo per entrare ed uscire con un'auto grande ma è importante che ci sia (trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze non è facile). Colazione nella norma, nulla di eccezionale, con le solite bevande calde, qualche succo di frutta, un po' di affettati etc. La pizzeria adiacente l'hotel può essere affollata, l'attesa può essere lunga ma cucinano bene.

Albergo in ottima posizione per stare nel centro
Comodissimo albergo con posteggio nel centro di Trento Personale gentilissimo e professionale Colazione molto migliorabile . Camera e bagno molto grandi Unico difetto sono le tende che non sono oscuranti e si vedono le luci esterne . In pieno inverno potrebbero anche andare bene ma nelle altre stagioni ti sveglieresti all'alba !!!

Eravamo in tre per un soggiorno in famiglia. La camera era molto spaziosa, con giardinetto davanti, letto matrimoniale separato da due lettini singoli. Bagno essenziale, pulito. Colazione varia, buona. Un pò di rumore al mattino perchè la camera era al piano rialzato adiacente alla palestra pertanto si sentivano i ragazzi in palestra chiacchierare a voce alta. Comunque buona esperienza per soggiorno breve.

Buon hotel a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.Peccato per la vista della bella camera che dava davanti un enorme muro e abbiamo trovato solo due bustine di sapone per una notte di soggiorno.Buona la colazione anche se migliorabile.
