The property is new, well done with a spa like feel (had my own personal sauna in my room) and great kitchen area fully stocked and well thought out which we used to make dinner as a market was nearby! "Hotel is up an amazingly steep mountain with multiple hairpin bends, not for the faint hearted but amazing drive for our Porsche. Hotel son and daughter very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean but basic, towels very old. We struggled with the fixed menu food offering and there is really no where else so you have no choice. Breakfast is very much cake and meats and quite limited. However for the experience of being at the top of a mountain with only cows with bells, it Is unique"

"It’s hard to describe just how special this hotel is. This was my fourth stay in the property and won’t be my last. The attention to detail from management and staff is incredible and gets better every year. It is clear that the hotel seeks to A special mention for a number of people. The cleaning staff are meticulous. Julia in the restaurant is so pleasant and helpful. Clara/Jessica/Valentina in reception are so accommodating. The personal trainers Marco and Enrico are so knowledgeable and run great classes. - "
