Rooms il and need a lift. Shower space is very tight. No refrigerator. No kettle. Breakfast and dinner in the spacious terrace was good. Service excellent. Good vibe. Staff very friendly and helpful as was the front office. The driver to hotel and beach was excellent.

Lovely hotel with great service at the reception, beautiful views and wonderful breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying at Eden while visiting the Tremiti islands.

Absolutely stunning island to break away from daily life. The hotel & staff could not be more welcoming and charming. Full on authentic dolce vita Italian island experience, touching all senses. That’s even supported by playing genuine Italian classics during breakfast.

The staff was great but the hotel is very dated. The shower had zero pressure or hot water and wouldn’t drain. The grounds were covered in weeds and dead plants. We left a day early.

Our stay was excellent. The rooms are very big and spacious. They have mini fridge. Room amenities are provided. Daily cleaning is done. The Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is nice. The only drawback is the shower in our room was so tiny that there was hardly any space to move hands. It would be difficult for a huge person to get in and have bath comfortably. I myself kept banging my arms. I would say if they would have planned the room perfectly there was enough space for bath . For this I would say one star less or I would have given it 5 start rating. I stayed with my family and stay was excellent. May be other rooms have bigger bath or shower area. Don’t know.

Das Service und Personal samt Hotelmanagement war überragend. Frühstück war sehr gut. Besser geht es nicht. Einfach super. Die Unterkunft ist nicht mehr die neueste, aber das wird mehr als wett gemacht. Gerne wieder.

Ho dato solo un voto generale per il modo in cui la struttura si è comportata visto che non abbiamo potuto soggiornare presso la stessa in quanto la società di trasporti non ha fatto partire il traghetto per raggiungere l'isola quel giorno. Penso che in questo caso le colpe non siano da attribuire nè a noi nè alla struttura visto che la decisione è stata presa da terzi. Detto questo, penso anche che se decidi di avere una struttura su un'isola, devi preventivare che la gente può avere necessità di cancellare la prenotazione all'ultimo se è impossibilitata a raggiungere l'isola. Penso anche che con la camera prenotata per noi per una sola notte, non abbiano perso alcun cliente visto che nessuno poteva arrivare sull'isola se i traghetti non partivano.

Il personale è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile nel fornire informazioni e suggerimenti.Il posto è molto bello, anche se l’hotel ha un’aria vissuta.La colazione, anche se i prodotti confezionati sono di marca, non è il massimo per quanto riguarda cornetti, dolci e bevande.Nonostante ciò, il personale risulta assolutamente gentile e servizievole, anche se un po’ disorganizzato per quanto riguarda il servizio. L'hotel mi è sembrato ristrutturato di recente, la camera aveva balcone vista mare, mobilio nuovo e aria condizionata regolabile in base alle esigenze. Personale disponibile, servizio navetta non solo all'arrivo del traghetto ma quotidiano (mattina e pomeriggio). Bellissima terrazza panoramica dove viene servita la colazione.
