The guy told us it was hard to get permits and inspections but they went around it all, no inspections? Tiny bathroom with only 1/2 the outlet available; the other 1/2 had a wireless router plugged in that vould not be unplugged or the WIFI would go out for all the units! We killed 4 roaches(not waterbugs) in the room.....ugh. The heater for the pool was broke so the water was...

"The Publix full grocery store is just down the street a few minutes walk. I love the assigned parking space that comes with the unit - no looking for an open space when you go out. "

"Rooms were very clean and provided all things needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully functional and well equipped. Only negative thing I would say is the cost of beach chairs and umbrella everyday. I feel there should be a better way to include them in the cost of our stay. "

"The property is pretty, the view is amazing, I didn’t like that the kitchen cookware was extremely low quality (goodwill have better frying pan) no towel at the pool, they change resorts fee, but never a single towel to use, the price for room Was high, the free shuttle to beach was a joke, but overall the hotel was nice but I won’t stay again. To pricey for they offer."

"Four chairs and a small table on the balcony overlooking the ocean made the visit restful. Stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath on the 5th floor. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. Used the brand new grills the building provided to cook the fish we caught. Elevator and stairs to use, and an assigned parking space made it easy. "We stayed in one of the recently redone rooms and everything was just amazing. Perfect location with access right to the beach, kid-friendly, easily walkable to John's Pass. Staff are friendly, really nice patio with grill, very safe area. Highly recommend And this will be our normal vacation spot!"

Constantly having to uncover my car to leave because they painters covering the cars with tarps and painting the halls and room doors and having to pull paint covered tape off of the door handle to scan my key "

"Checkin time was 4pm. We didn’t get in until after 7pm. Zero apologies given. Very frustrating when you’ve been up traveling since 4am. No apology, no comps, just, “it’s still not ready.” We also paid for a gulf view, but overlooked the parking lot instead, with a snippet view of the gulf in the far distance. We were literally in one of the farthest rooms back away from the oven. Between the service and our view, we were very disappointed in what we paid."

"This is a family-owned business, and they truly strive to make everything just right for your stay! It is a small resort motel, so don't expect all the amenities of a larger one. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The beach was beautiful, and the people who stay there are friendly! I highly recommend this place for any couple or family who wants a fun beach vacation without breaking the bank!"
