"Staff was wonderful! Requested an early check in, figured that would be 3pm versus 4 pm and they advised a room was available at 11:00 am. Needed to extend my stay and they were fluid with that as well. Will stay here again. Thank you!"

"Having booked a 3 day stay for approx $1,000 , I was NOT expecting to pay for PARKING @ $20.00 per day....i think that is a ridiculous expectation to pay to park on the hotel property. Also didn't feel there was enough of the water park for the price....the Cabana rental for the day was $200 , also ..."
