We found it was a nice respite to leave the Old Town area due to how busy it is (think Times Square busy). Every person we encountered at the hotel was extremely nice and professional. "Where do I begin? Righ Residences is THE BEST accommodation I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The staff is very communicative when required, and barely visible when not required. The decor is impeccable. The beds and linens perfection. The lounge with gourmet coffees, pain au chocolat and cinnamon buns did not disappoint either. "On a 2 week Euro-trip, this was my fav stay. The staff was friendly, the place was easy to navigate. No issues with any outlets or appliances. Front desk was very friendly and let us check in early. Suite was a bit tired inside compared to pictures but wasn’t a problem at all and very clean. No water in the room but there was milk for tea.
