"Die Zimmer waren sehr grosszügig und gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und alles funktional. Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Im Hotelkomplex mit Aquahouse Zugang und Vergünstigungen hat es auch diverse Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, eine Bar usw. Sehr zu empfehlen. Einzig störend sind die Zimmer gegen die Strasse, welche ab und an sehr "belebt" ist. Gerne wieder..."

"My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at City Boutique Inn, and from the moment Maggie greeted us at the door with her warm smile, we knew we were in for a special experience. The five-star treatment started there and continued until the moment we checked out. "It locates at the epicenter of the town. It’s very convenient for tourist to have city tour and others. "

"This is an excellent hotel with all the amenities. In particular there is a superb shower there is also a kettle in the room if you want to make tea or coffee. The only downside is it’s about 25 minutes walk to the main tourist sites and about 35 minutes walk to the beach. Another advantage is there is a very good free breakfast, in fact the best I’ve experienced in Eastern Europe on this trip. Overall, an excellent experience as long as you don’t mind walking to the main tourist attractions"

"We stayed in a very clean and comfortable room. It would have been nice if they had provided slippers in the room. Breakfast was quite sufficient. We were welcomed and seen off with a warm smile. We really liked it and are glad we chose Hugo Hotel. If we visit Varna again, we will definitely stay here again. A great place for families to stay safely."
