"Accueil médiocre à l’arrivée. J’avais envoyé un mail pour demander à réserver une place de parking dans le sous-sol : personne n’y avait répondu. Et à notre arrivée : la réceptionniste nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et que nous devons trouver une place dans la rue, stationnement payant à 8 euros la journée, samedi et dimanche compris !!! Aucune empathie, aucune intention de nous aider alors qu’on restait 4 nuits pour plus de 400 euros en tout. On se fait « gronder » par la femme de ménage...

"Great location close to the beach, we were on the ground floor so there was a bit of noise from the road but it was alright, the bed was incredibly comfy! We arrived very late in the night after a long travel delay but the staff kindly left our room key/check in details by the reception as it was closed by then. Thanks for a comfortable stay!"

Location was perfect since it allowed us to get to the beach and the Sea Garden in just 3-4 minutes by foot. "The Golden Tulip Hotel in Varna truly exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely amazing and incredibly spacious. I was impressed by how clean and comfortable everything felt. The breakfast was very good and provided a great start to the day. The receptionist and the security officer were both extremely kind. They helped me with every request and made me feel very welcome. The service throughout my stay was consistently excellent. I genuinely felt valued as a guest. This hotel deserves a full five star rating. I would happily stay here again."
