"Firstly: the staff listened to our complaints and comped us for two out of the six nights we stayed, and for that I am grateful. However the hotel in general has issues. It seems dated, both in furnishings and infrastructure. There was a broken sprinkler line that flooded the lobby. That night the fire alarm went off at 10:30 pm. Then the WiFi was out for the rest of our stay. So, no, I won’t be staying here again. "

"Normally we really enjoy staying with Embassy Suites. This time we were underwhelmed. Bar & drinks were okay. The food, was just okay and definitely lacked care and love. My yogurt was warm. And their was hair on the tub. The cleaning lady was knocking on the door at 10 something, when check out initially was 12, but we did a late check out @ 1. Luckily we were just about to hit the jacuzzi and to her defense we forgot to put our sleeping in sign on the door. Our stay in Jacksonville, was delightful. This one not so much. "

"I have stayed at Landsdowne many years, typically for girls spa weekends or overnight stay while I’m in town. The Spa Experience is always phenomenal. The staff is friendly all around. I continue to enjoy my stays!"

"Hotel needs updating and a thorough cleaning hallways were not vacuumed and trash cans close to overfilling. Front end staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was fair, great coffee. Our room was quiet on the second floor. Pool is not heated and in need of an update and remodel."
