"Friendly staff"

"It was very loud. You could hear everything going on. House keepers opening door at least 4 times by 0900 when check out is 11. Facility smelt like mildew. Out dated. Bathroom vents were black and painted in bathroom all cracked and chipping with mold maybe due to there was no vent. This would’ve a no go for me again. "

"I purposely paid more and booked this hotel because Jamestown always has a reputation of dirty hotels and we've always had the best luck at the Fairfield. Unfortunately, it was filthy and nothing was clean besides a quick wipe in the bathroom and clean bedding. I felt uncomfortable the whole weekend and was anxious to get home. The pool is so chlorinated that it had our eyes and noses burning and our kids were coughing each night after swimming. Very disappointed this time. :( "

""Breakfast" consisted of weak coffee and a small pack of mini donuts. There was no coffee maker in the room. The motel was clean but somewhat run down."

"The rooms were pretty good, but the shower was terribly dirty, and the faucet on the sink sprayed everywhere every time we used it."

"The frist room had nko heat the second room was scary no windows a patio door that was a dark black room where the pool was supposed to be. Reminded us of a scary movie that you should never go to. "

"It would be great to see some upgrades around here. The hallway had a bit of a strong smell of Marijuana, and it’s easy to hear everything from other rooms. I heard a couple arguing word for word. I think breakfast should end around 10, similar to other hotels. "
