"The only issue I would report is that there are no windows in the unit we rented (101). That may be typical. It does have an exterior patio overlooking the golf course. There is not screen for the door so it is either open or shut. The room is heated and cooled by an individual unit extending through the wall, very typical of motels. The noise it produces is significant. So during the warm nights, there is no possibility of sleeping with an open window. So the repeated on/off of the hvac disrupted sleep."

"This was my second stay in the past three years and a little has changed. The room, property all was as expected, I enjoyed the stay, close to mall, shopping and places to eat, one small problem, my key card to room and access to the hotel, didn’t work properly. I had to swap at least ten times or more to get in. My room was on the back side, first floor, so I parked on the side, which meant I had to walk or drive around to front entrance in order to get in. I finally, on day two, when my card would not let me into the laundry room, go to front desk to complain, still took two or three tries to open."
"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable with nice bedding. We appreciated the coffee maker in the room. We parked in front of our room. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed nearby activities.....river rafting and Crater Lake. We would definitely stay here again."
"We rented one with a kitchen, it was nice to cook your own meals. However, the stove vented into the kitchen (hot as hadies) when we were cooking. The cabin got so hot we had to open the windows and door to get the food smell out and the heat. The oven would not stay lit. No cooking oil, no spices, no tongs, missing a few necessities in our opinion. The shower didn't drain well (rock bottom like a river bed, nice idea, but the pitch wasn't right and it would puddle water). No counter top space in the bathroom, at all. The window AC was worthless, froze up and made noises all night then puddle water on the table under it. You definitely will track in what ever is outdoor to the inside. The firepit was excellent, but you will need to bring chairs, as there is only a picnic table. No real food at the grocery shop, and the nearest one was shady cove, 30min+ drive. No wifi really (but the intent is to enjoy nature and the surroundings), so we didn't mind. Overall, it was a fun experience and there are tons of trails, waterfalls, and things to see and do. We had a great visit."
