I didn’t catch her name, I’m sure you can look it up somehow lol. But she truly served well. First I witnessed her talk to the family in front of me with such esteem and respect and it only overflowed to me! I was having a kinda rough moment of transition as I was leaving the hotel (not to the fault of the hotel at all) —and my interaction with her literally sealed the deal of an amazing experience.
