"Bed was a little hard, however everything else was great. Very close to Ghibli Park and Toyota Auto museum. Had English speaking staff. Had tower parking with car size restrictions, but offered us a parking space directly outside the hotel for ¥1000 per night."

"A beautiful hotel in a convenient location near a subway stop. A short train ride takes you to Nagoya Castle and Nagoya Station. The room was well-designed and spacious. Breakfast was available in a large buffet-style restaurant with impressive selections of both Western and Japanese foods. The second breakfast option was at a Japanese restaurant, offering a set menu with delicious Japanese flavors. The amenities were excellent."

"The hotel is at a very convenient location with subway just a few steps outside the main entrance. There are big department stores nearby with many restaurants choices. The room is gigantic in terms of Japanese standard and the gym, swimming pool and thermal bath facilities are wonderful!"

"The view was astounding! Our room was great, clean, the decor of the lobby was absolutely gorgeous, and the location was excellent. It’s so nice to have a Family Mart on the basement floor for snacks. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay here in Nagoya and it was close to lots of attractions."

The staff is amazingly helpful and courteous. The hotel is between Fushimi and Sakae stations, walking distance to Osu Kan-non temple and shopping district and Sakae / Mirai Tower shopping district. "
