It’s is a great location to stay as it’s super close to all the shopping. There’s restaurants super close by and the 7/11 and family mart is within 2 block walking distance.

Had 2 Executive Twin Rooms. Really nice comfortable rooms, good air conditioning, no smell. Room granted access to lounge with a large selection of drinks, snacks, some foods, granola and yogurt in the morning. Breakfast buffet was good in a super cool room, big pool. Very good experience.

I run hot and some Japanese hotels only have heat in the fall and winter so it was nice to be able to use the AC to cool the room down to around 21 degrees centigrade which is comfortable for me. Breakfast at this hotel is always great and in the Montmarte dining room has Western and Japanese options while the Japanese restaurant on the second floor offers an amazing traditional Japanese-style breakfast so there are two breakfast options to choose from. The service from the concierge staff was amazing as always.

I stayed at Nagoya Tokyu Hotel and found it enjoyable and comfortable. My room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were consistently professional and courteous, interactions were efficient without feeling impersonal, which made routine tasks (check-in/out, enquiries) straightforward. Provided breakfast offered a genuinely useful range: Japanese breakfast option, or buffet choices that gave me real variety each morning and allowed for different dietary preferences. Overall the hotel delivered a classy and luxurious experience, and I’d recommend it for travellers who value clean rooms, competent service, and a practical breakfast offering. 😃😃😃

Surprise for the gym

it's a grand hotel in Nagoya. The room is worthy for the place in the middle of the city with hot tub and enough space. The gym and swimming pool is not free to use unless at 0600-0800, too early and too expensive for us to try. There is free parking in the hotel, the parking lot is popular during mealtime.

The hotel rooms are a bit old and the corridor smells moldy. No free TV- you have to pay to watch. However, the service is excellent throughout with very helpful staff trying their best to assist you.

We recently stayed at Nagoya Tokyu Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the experience. Although the hotel shows signs of its age and former grandeur, it still retains a sense of classic elegance that adds charm to the stay. What truly made our visit special was the outstanding service. The staff were attentive, courteous, and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our needs despite the language barrier. Every request was handled with care and professionalism. A special mention goes to Miss Tomoko Hasebe from the concierge team, who provided exceptional assistance throughout our stay. Her dedication and thoughtful support made a real difference and left a lasting impression. Our room was clean and comfortable, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail. We also enjoyed the Japanese-style breakfast at the restaurant on the second floor during our stay. Overall, Nagoya Tokyu Hotel may be a little older, but it delivers traditional hospitality at its finest. We would gladly stay again.
