"Our room was clean when we arrived and cleaned daily during our stay. The beds were very comfortable . The only improvement could have been a brighter light over the sink. I would totally recommend staying here."

"We were only there for a quick weekend, so we didn’t really get to use the amenities. Staff was great, rooms were clean with great AC. Easy in and out. "We were surprised that for a very high property fee. There was no ice no ice trays no coffee no amenities on the property at all. Also, GPS does not get you to the property. We had to download an app on our phone and in just reading the description of the property were able to get directions, however those were even wrong as it said to turn it to Phillips 66 gas station and it has been a gas station since 2018 "

"Ac worked but only the temperature selection the speed was preset to the highest and wouldn't change. The room was so humid that with the ac blasting it felt like a rainy winter or fall day in the room. The hair dryer wouldn't turn off and was never than the air flow on the AC When I tried to check out there was no one at the desk and no one showed up when you rang the bell."

"We were up too early for breakfast, so don’t know about that, but all else was great. The airport shuttle was used twice and both drivers were prompt and friendly. The gentleman at the front desk Monday night was super helpful and patient. Our group had 3 rooms and we all would stay again when needing Knoxville airport."

"We were not greeted with a friendly way. We were treated like a nuisance. Our room was worn down. The box spring covers had rips. There were scratches all over the walls. The bedside outlets did not work; neither did the phone or clock. There was garbage under the bed. There was no patio furniture on the balcony. The breakfast the next morning was very disappointing. The eggs were rubbery, the sausage was hard, and the potatoes were mediocre. We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites many times...
