When we did have a question they responded right away. It was a beautiful place and the breakfast was very nice."

"We had a great stay at the Balsam Inn! Everyone put their hearts into giving folks a great experience. My husband says the dinner was the finest he ever had, and I appreciated all the little things that made our travel easier (ice for coolers, a shared frig, absolutely lovely and plentiful bedding). "This accommodation worked great for us. Great location for a ride on the Erie Canal Trail. It isn’t a fancy place but has eating and antiques nearby. There is a working kitchen for those who want to cook or make coffee and a living area separate from bedroom. You will find a do it yourself bike shop area across the street in the mill across the street. There is no reception desk so go into the restaurant/bar below or the old stone mill across the street for information. The other thing to note is there are two flights of stairs to get to the room. It all worked for us."
