"Hotel nice and clean. staff friendly. great location. Dinners not very good compared with last year. restaurant and food, more like a cafe. I left half my dinner. i would stay again but eat elsewhere."

"Room was a good size and very quiet. Staff didn’t provide clean mugs or glasses on day 2 - had to ask on day 3. Also had to ask for a second bath towel on one day as they’d only left one between two people. Food options were a little limited, but tasted good. They ran out of a couple of my regular drinks, and took a few days to restock."

"You get what you pay for. Showers were not clean, mold growing in silicone and grout. Needed a good clean or bleach! I turned the “waterfall faucet” on and the water completely missed the sink and ran directly onto the floor (because of the design and miniature sized space saving sink). Messy chaos to deal with. Room heater didn’t work or have instructions. Outside, car park and grounds were dirty and didn’t feel safe. Staff were nice."
