NH Collection Santiago de Compostela

"We had a wonderful stay at NH Collection Santiago de Compostela. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel was within walking distance of the main attractions. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was another highlight. We were also lucky to find free parking right in front of the hotel, so we didn’t need to pay for parking."

"Was interesting to stay in a historic building. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the hotel itself. The breakfast was very good, so many choices. The room itself was ok, a bit dark and dated and looked at another building."

"It was nice and clean . I have a lingering suspicion that those that answer the messages ( text, messenger, what’s app..etc) don’t relay the information to front end staff and communication is muddled. For instance their description says shuttle from airport. I’m guessing it had a different meaning in Spain.. that’s fine . They did have a taxi ready for me. Also had to send me a code as my plane arrived after 10 pm. Again the code was not as sent and actually passersby suggested adding an hashtag.. voila that worked.. thankfully 😅 Another reason I chose them by their description was because they said they stored luggage. Well according to front end they only store small luggage. Eventually they are storing it but after uncomfortable back and forth. I’ve booked with them again( if for nothing else to pick up luggage) . It is clean and it is in a very central area but just had unnecessary bother by miscommunications."
