"I read some negative reviews of this place and I have no idea why anyone would rate this place poorly. It is excellent accommodations. Great breakfast. The only negative is that the ad says something about a bar and lounge - uh - no. There is a little bar by the reservation desk with a couple of chairs but that’s it. All in all a great place to stay."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, helped us get taxi for early am to airport and info about the area. Also gave us bagged breakfast since we left so early. Our room was comfortable and a good size."

"Although the check-in process was not as expected (we met someone on the corner street after calling being unable to find the location) our appartment was extremely lovely, clean and overall perfect. Felt like we underpaid for what was delivered compared to more expensive options in the city and other stops on our trip. "

"Det var enkelt og greit. Fikk nøkkelen til hytta og anvist hvor jeg kunne parkere. Trivelig beliggenhet med utsikt fra verandaen ut mot fjorden mot syd. Senga var bra, jeg sov godt om natten. Det er stor sjanse for at jeg overnatter her neste gang jeg skulle trenge det på en tur til Ålesund. "

"My family stayed 1 night at Alnes Gard during our trip to Norway. We stayed here as a base to see Alesund and so glad we did! This place is a lovely little gem and we had fun exploring the small island. We saw lovely rainbows, experienced a beautiful ocean sunset, and went on a great hike! Would highly recommend this place! "

"The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The bed was comfortable. There was a small refrigerator. The bathroom and shower were totally tiled, which was nice. "Fin beliggenhet. Enkel innsjekk. Dessverre vi fikk rom ved siden av inngangsdøra. Det var varmt og vi kunne ikke åpne vinduene på grunn av røyklukt. Røyke plassen var rett utenfor. Det var alltid noen der som røyka til ut på natt. Det luktet mugg på badet og noe i leiligheten når vi kom. Vann renner ut fra dusjen. Soverommene er små, lite plass til å gå rundt senga.
