"Everything was pretty much great. Waves, the view, food, room service, staff, other people, the rooms themselves, etc. was all amazing, especially the day-time entertainment team. That said, I think we figured out that we are definitely more “party people” than this resort is meant for. "The hotel is clean and nice. However the food is average at best and the customer service is horrible. As a solo black traveler I was constantly ignored at the restaurants while others around me were serviced. Then I was treated deplorable at the spa. Including by the manager. I would not recommend this hotel at all. It is 3 star on its best day. I would never return. Also the beds are like bricks and very hard to sleep on"

"We are not part of the time share part of the resort. However this is one of our go to resorts when we travel to Cabo. The property is perfectly located maybe 12 minutes to Medano beach and harbor. However it’s just far away enough where you don’t deal with all the busyness of downtown. The resort is safe, staff is been awesome and the rooms are perfect especially for families. "Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this property! We used the pool daily and never had any issue finding a lounge chair. The food options throughout the resort were great, and we highly recommend Sirenas restaurant—they were wonderful at customizing meals for my very picky 4-year-old. "very elegant hotel. great architecture. NO beach really very narrow- and no chairs on the beach (not sure why). food for meals limited. if you want to sit on a beach this is not good. we did not have hot water for a few days and they were not that helpful. but still a 5 star experience"
