"Absolutely superb"

"The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough."

"Our stay was nice overall, but the dinner situation was unnecessarily complicated. Due to the weather, staff rescheduled our reservation at Boca Steakhouse. Unfortunately, one hostess was extremely unprofessional, insisting we had no reservation despite it being rebooked by your staff. She made no effort to help, leaving us hungry and frustrated until another hostess stepped in. I wish I had gotten her name so management could address the situation. We paid for an all-inclusive experience, and...

"Very overrated and overpriced property, nothing special . The only beautiful part is the beach and the view , but you can’t swim there anyway because of the huge waves. Note , even though you buy all inclusive , you will still have to be checked out on a receipt every single time with their suggested tips which is ridiculous and kinda funny . Was not a fan of the food at all. Even though the property is not very old it feels overused already . It’s ok for a quick 1-2 night trip but sure a NO for...

Unfortunately, the biggest area of opportunity is the customer service and overall attitude of the staff. The majority of our interactions with employees came across as rude, dismissive, and lacking any sense of urgency. One particularly disappointing experience was with Tatiana at the steakhouse, who was extremely dismissive. Additionally, the constant pressure from...

"Terrible nunca contestaron, llamamos, escribimos y nada. Llegamos al lugar donde nos marcaba la ubicación las personas no sabían dónde era el lugar, varias personas nos hicieron favor de llamar a los números que apetecen y nadie contestó. Duramos más de 4 horas dando vueltas para encontrar el lugar y nadie contestó. No pudimos llegar y por ende no teníamos donde hospedarnos y llevábamos niños "

"Our stay at Grand Velas was truly top-notch! Right from the start, the pre-travel concierge made planning effortless. Once we arrived, our onsite concierges, Atenas and Santiago, took incredible care of us—their attentive, friendly service made us feel completely spoiled throughout the whole trip. The staff across the property are so warm and welcoming, and the resort is impeccably clean. As vegetarians, we were super impressed by the food options! Dining at an all-inclusive as vegetarians can...
