We missed a more personalized experience like we've had at other Cabo hotels...getting to know the staff and having them greet us by name, treats left for the kids in the room, and the warm welcome & farewell. "everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and the swim up pool made stay very enjoyable. The extra perk of pool service from our pool was great for lunch and drinks no need to get dressed. All of the Reserve staff were friendly and very helpful."
