"Great coffe and breakfast, comfortable bed, good size room"

"The view of the Klamath river was beautiful, we sat on the porch in the rocking chairs and it was very pleasant. The lobby living room area is very welcoming and spacious with coffee and tea available all day/night. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We probably had the smallest room in the place (Room 15) so the only note would be that there was no place to leave our luggage out, we had to take out what we needed and put the luggage in the closet....

"Enjoyed our stay in the deluxe yurt. Had a mini fridge, sink and tv with cable. Bathroom was right across the parking lot. Only thing I would say is the full futon bed was very uncomfortable so we ended up sleeping in the bunk bed cause they were actual mattresses. This RV park is super close to Jedediah smith state park and 15min away from crescent city. Great location. "

"Overall, we had a good stay. When we first checked in, our room key didn’t work and we had to go back to the front desk. Once inside the room, we also noticed noise from upstairs guests and a crack in the ceiling that made us a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff handled the situation well. I asked to switch rooms, and they were able to move us to a second-floor room right away. The new room felt much better—less stuffy, no strange smells, and overall more comfortable. "AC worked great. Property is easy to find and has pleasant areas to walk around it. Even though the property was admittedly understaffed at the time of our stay the property was clean and maintained. Highly recommend, especially for the price. "

"The room was outdated and a/c was so old and loud we couldn’t use it. Overhead fan In bathroom was really old and loud also, had to shower with heat lamp on to see. Asked for recommendation for good restaurant, was sent to a loud and crowded bar. Would not stay again."
