"We upgraded to a club room and the payoff was fabulous! It provided both of us breakfast, dinner, and a sauna, daily for two days. The club room was quiet… we very much appreciated the signage regarding child noise…and even ice was provided for my husband’s sore knee. Our stay aligned with Alex’s climb of 101!"

"Rooms were clean and very spacious, especially the bathroom!! Shower water pressure was great! Staff were friendly. Special shout out to Venus at the front desk. She was very attentive and helpful when I hurt myself and needed ice. Wonderful stay overall."

"Highly recommended! I really like the design of the room, and the well design of the common area. Unlimited welcome drinks (tea, wine, ect) and snacks (cookies, cake, etc). Staff are very helpful, my son had nose bleeding in the lobby, they helped out right away, and sent an ice pack to us. Just the view of the hot spring in the balcony got blocked a bit (I think it is a security reason) and the bathroom sink is a bit limited. Also, the price is very beautiful, about $200+/night! "
