Lovely boutique hotel

Lovely relaxed and stylish environment for a 3 night stay. Had an excellent dinner and breakfast is very good too. Great location to walk everywhere and quiet. Highly recommend.

This property was great. The staff was very friendly, the proximity to the beach, shopping, and dining was all very close and convenient. We enjoyed the quality of the room. If we had only one small complaint would be checking out they do not have anyone on staff till 9 a.m. which pushed us on getting back to Barcelona to turn in our rental car. Would stay at this property again if we make it back to Tossa.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff was lovely. Finding the hotel is a challenge given its location in the old town. Be sure to call as you are close as staff was helpful getting us to the hotel. It was end of season and AC not on so room was a bit hot. A fan would help

Fabulous stay

This hotel was a fabulous find! Great location close to the beach, impeccable service, beautiful room, lovely pool area and superb restaurant. If I had to find one thing I didn’t like it was the standard provision of miniature toiletries in the bathroom which is somewhat unnecessary single use plastic. Maybe make them available upon request? But that is the tiniest of quibbles and I totally recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

Room was clean and staff was great. Only criticism I have was that the stairs leading to the hotel can be challenging if you have any mobility issues.

Stunning property, but noisy

Beautiful hotel and property but be aware of noise if you are a light sleeper. We were in Room 2 above the kitchen and could hear plates and dishes banging past 1am and again starting very early in the morning so we were unable to have a restful nights sleep.

Nice boutique hotel

Fancy boutique hotel in the old town of Tossa. Cosy and nicely decorated rooms, king size bed, exquisite espresso coffee machine. Has a very popular restaurant called Can Sophia (requires reservation). Tasty breakfast although not the abundant self service dining of big hotels. Good pool and beautiful city views from the top.

Un endroit magique!!!

Très bel hôtel, personnel accueillant. Vieille bâtisse rénovée avec goût et du beau matériel, chambres agréables , belle piscine, magnifique jardin, beau restaurant. Bref un endroit de rêve. Seul défaut l’isolation, on entend tout, pour les personnes sensibles au bruit s’abstenir.

I love the amazing feel when you walk into your room. Every detail is considered and it truly feels like a home rather than a hotel room. The staff ( Andrea ) that greeted us explained everything and then showed us how to use the expensive espresso machine in our room

Excellent friendly service by Cayla, Andrea and Michael in the Con Sophia restaurant. It is a bit of a challenge to find directions up to the hotel but once there it is a lovely hotel with a great staff. We will definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to visit the coast of Spain.

Stunning little boutique hotel. It was an anniversary trip and we were met with a bottle of cava in the room which was a lovely touch. The hotel is quiet, peaceful and cosy. Just why we were looking for. Tossa it’s self was great and a beautiful coastal fishing village

Lovely place that is worth each penny as it is not cheap. Great staff. Special thanks to Kayla and Andrea for your great attentions. Great location, facilities, surroundings, area, attention to detail. really romantic, private and quiet. Superbe hôtel idéalement situé !

Le séjour bien que court (une seule nuit) a été d’autant plus réussi que l’hotel était à hauteur de nos espérances ! Cosy, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, du personnel agréable et idéalement situé nous avons tout simplement adoré ! S’il ne devait y avoir qu’un bémol, peut être faudrait-Il changer quelques serviettes un peu vieillottes ;)

Very Disappointing Hotel Experience

We booked for 4 days for our honeymoon. We knew the hotel as we had eaten in the restaurant on other occasions in the past and had seen all the good reviews. It was so disappointing. The standards were very poor - at €400 a night for a superior suite you would expect more. The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The bathroom was in a disgusting state with a dirty toilet brush and holder, hairs on the floor and a bathmat with a large hole that was never changed . At no time over the 4 days was the room cleaned properly. The mini bar was never checked. It had been half used by the previous clients. The bin wasn't emptied. The glasses in the room were dirty and the tray on which the coffee machine sat was never wiped. There was no turn down service or any other luxury. Certainly not suitable for anyone looking forward to celebrate a special event. Service was poor - at no time were we even asked if anything was wrong even though we had to complain on the first day about the room. The food in the restaurant was good, but again the service in the restaurant was friendly but not up to the level of the food. Such a shame!
