"Property listing is not at all accurate including the address. When you put the address on GPS, it takes you to a different apartment property. We had to call the agent because the code did not work but got lucky that the cleaning crew appeared at the wrong address and took us to the right place. Amenities listed are not in the apartment. There is no microwave or dishwasher. We had a week long stay and had specifically booked this place for its amenities. So it was a huge inconvenience!...

"The appartment has everything you need, great location and was clean. The check in and checkout information was comfusing. Maybe something they need to update, got different information from different places ( email, links and apps). At least they was easy to get a hold of when calling! "We got a regular room very last minute and it was clean and relatively spacious for a standard room. The breakfast is great. A lot of hotel in the Faroe Islands and Scandinavia (in my experience) tend to do just bread with topping but they had warm options as well which I appreciated (scrambled and boiled eggs, waffles with syrup and whipped cream). A very good continental breakfast. The beds were also very comfortable and our room had a great view of the coast. If you have a car the parking situation is not great. The parking lot is very small and you have to reverse/drive out directly onto a relatively busy road. However that is just part of being in Torshavn, anywhere you go there is limited parking and lots of large SUV’s so just be mindful."

"It is a small hotel, so feels very intimate and cosy. We did not want to stay in a huge resort where it can get noisy. Also the location was essential for us be cause we did not have a car. You can walk to the old town in less than 10. minutes. There is actually a free bus stop 5 minutes away. It was also very quiet. The staff was very friendly and very helpful, they helped me several times with taxi bookings and general enquiries about buses and schedules. Breakfast is delicious and they accommodate everyone's needs. Their afternoon tea is a must-do. They also make you tea or coffee in the afternoon. You eat in the dining-room/lounge and the view is just breathtaking. Leftover pastries from morning breakfast is left out and you can have them for free. The pastries are excellent, by the way. There is a hot tub in the garden looking out on the sea and Nolsoy island. The view from our room was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there if we go back to Torshavn."
