"Staff was always willing to help when needed. Our only incident was an issue with the coffee maker with a pod being stuck in it and we couldn't remove it. We called down and they brought up a replacement coffee maker and took the existing one immediately. The room was extremely clean."

"The breakfast was really good with many options accommodating all needs and wishes. However, I personally found it quite expensive, being €16.95 per person, even with all the variety. The room was excellent, very spacious, with a mini living room, fridge, two sinks in the bathroom and excellent temperature inside. Yet again, the price was quite high, I believe, having to extend our stay from 1 night to 2 nights, the price per night went from £56 to €158. And this was only a standard room, sharing the double bed with my mum. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who suffers an unexpected disruption to their flight, as we did, as it is very conveniently located next to the airport but also not too far from tourist attractions like the tele cabin and the Colombo Shopping Centre. "
