"We hebben heel veel genoten van onze vakantie! Het hotel was gewoon perfect voor ons. Het appartement was heel netjes en ruim. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam, vriendelijk en spreken vlot engels. Ook het restaurant van het hotel was top met heel lekkere mocktails en elk gerecht dat we daar gegeten hebben was heel lekker. Ook het ontbijt was telkens uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. "Only thing i have to comment or complain is the no bedsheets. Must be a new thing in Portugal because alot of the hotels I'd look up had no bed sheets. Ive never had this problem in the past. When we come from other countries not something we want to pack. Must be new thing in Portugal "

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
