"Did not use pool weather cold bu looked fantastic and clean"

"On the positive, the staff are friendly enough and the communal areas and rooms are lovely. The location is brilliant, with many buses, a bus information hub, train station and city centre on your doorstep. A beach is nearby. On the negative, the corridors need better lighting and repair (door frames coming away from plaster, holes in walls) the brunch buffet could offer more dietary options and when checking in people, staff must STOP saying their room number out Infront of others (especially when serving women travellers) as it compromises our safety. Just discreetly pass us our room key with the number on it. On my last night, a very loud couple or more, were getting it on and obviously wanted an audience. I don't necessarily blame the hotel for this, but it was so off-putting."

"Room was superb, however the cleaners did not close the door fully after cleaning one day. I told reception who did not seem interested, and suggested it was my fault, Shower heads could be improved as they are small"

"Fab hotel and stay, from location, vibe, food , enetrtainment to amenities , modern & clean asthetics . Very close to beach, airport and transport to Malaga. Great choice of adult entertainment. Staff was extra friendly and overall experience was brilliant as place is well managed . Our stay was birthday surprise and all needs described during booking process was catered for. Complimentary aknowledgment of person birthday and bottle of bubbly made it extra special during our stay , showing the customers needs are being met. I will give the Pablo 10 out of 10 with big thank you to all staff that made our stay special. I would consider coming back in summer to try outdoor swiming pools. Aditionaly hotel entry to complex is being guarded by security person and locked gate for extra security. I miss the place already. The Mirabel on reception was very kind , and housekeepers were lovely too. Night time entertainment Flamenco night and Estrella was brilliant. Overall very happy customer. One thing I would improve is indoor pool area , however that is located in don Pedro area of complex, and I guess it is on the cards for the future. Thank you for making our stay so special. Appreciated. "

"Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Food and drinks were good. Only negative was that we weren’t notified of the main pool closure before we arrived, but would definately stay here again."

"The room was clean and the staff were very nice.The food was great. My concern was that I fell down the marble stairs, I might suggest a rubber tread perhaps but I enjoyed my stay there. Will definitely go back. Loved the location."
