"We reserved a Comfort (or Premium) 2-Bedroom Apartment for up to 6 people. The website showed the same price regardless of the number of guests, so I kept the default of 1 person. However, a day before arrival, I was told there would be an extra charge for a second guest, which was not reflected online. It was too late to change accommodations, so I paid. Charging per guest is understandable, but pricing should be clearly stated. The website should not display the same rate for different occupancy levels if additional fees apply. The room was clean, quiet (important to me), and conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the city center. On a positive note, I requested early check-in and they accommodated it for an additional fee, which was clearly stated online and appreciated."

"The location is great easily accessible and walkable. Staff very helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. My only thought is instant coffee in the room is a little mean a Nespresso machine and 5 pods can't possibly be expensive. Used the pool and bar on the roof didn't have any breakfast. "We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore the area and access everything we needed. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and always happy to accommodate any requests. They were also incredibly helpful with local guidance and recommendations, which really enhanced our experience. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of variety and something to suit everyone, including healthy options for those who are more health conscious. The only downside was the gym, which was quite small and lacked some basic amenities such as exercise mats and water availability. Aside from that, it was a very enjoyable stay and we would happily return."
