"We had a very good stay overall. The hotel is beautifully located near the beaches, and the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and service-oriented. The food at the restaurant was not really to our taste, and unfortunately, the pool is not heated, so due to the weather we were unable to use it. One thing that could definitely be improved is the access road to the hotel, which is unpaved. For a hotel of this standard, we would expect a properly paved road, or at least a well-maintained gravel road. Overall, a very pleasant experience with a great location and excellent service."

"Breakfast options were plentiful. "Shared" spaces were lovely and honestly felt like we were alone in the hotel. One downside: we booked the hotel because of a pool. We were notified the day before that the pool is only for guests booking in particular suites. That part was disappointing."

"The breakfast was ok but if you arrived after 9.30 (breakfast finishes at 10am) the food was being cleared away, tables weren't re-laid. Staff at breakfast weren't very friendly and it was difficult getting a coffee. The main waiter was incredibly rude and almost took a croissant from my husband on the first day! Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room nice - although beware suite if you have mobility issues as bed very low and shower / bath up a number of stairs. Restaurant opposite hotel on beach (where you could use your half board voucher ) was excellent and very good value. Good location for beach and close to bus to harbour area."

"Overall, we had a good stay at Conchiglia Azzurra. The rooms are fairly modern, clean, spacious, and well maintained, making for a pretty comfortable stay. The staff were always courteous and helpful whenever we needed assistance. One suggestion that would significantly improve the guest experience would be to include beach access amenities with the room. Offering each room one beach umbrella and two loungers for the duration of the stayโ€”similar to what Le Dune providesโ€”would be a welcome addition. When youโ€™re already paying a premium to stay at the hotel, itโ€™s a bit disappointing to have to pay extra each day for an umbrella and loungers. Including these as part of the room rate would add great value and make the overall experience even better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Conchiglia Azzurra, especially if this small improvement were considered."
