Very comfortable and quiet. The upgrade was unexpected but very nice indeed. Complementary breakfast and wine made it a great stay. Did not like the parking station! Tiny spaces and difficult access. It was the one negative for us.

Hotel is lovely, great for our family of 3. Centrally located downtown by Yarra river, near slot of tourist and shopping areas. Breakfast was expensive but good. Pool was okay, but not the draw I thought it would be - a bit dingy but great for young kids (which we were not). Staff was very attentive but could stop putting tags on our door about refilling the minibar, though I specifically asked for no service during our stay. Overall a very good hotel, well located downtown and easy /safe to get around. Would stay again.

Beautiful room, very clean. Check in was incredibly easy. I did have to wait just over two hours (two phone calls) for house keeping to bring me a porta cot but reception was super apologetic and I do acknowlege that they were likely very busy. It still arrived just in time for bubs' bed time so it didnt actually cause any stress in the end. The bath salts were divine.. my little one had the most luxe bath and she loved it. The smell was delicious. Our travel has been slightly stressful, so this was an unexpected special little treat and very much appreciated.
