"My stay was going to be a 3 star review. However i will give it 4 stars. Only because karen at the front desk dealt with my issue involving the zero air conditioning in my room 509. It was extremely hot all night , the ac did not work. The cleanliness was a 4.2. The pool was freezing and the slide was not operational, even though it would have been a great hit. Thank you karen for helping me."
